This document outlines the official policy for course validity extension, registered mobile number changes, and batch conversion requests. All students are requested to read these terms carefully before raising a request, as requests outside these conditions cannot be processed.

Conditions Applicable for Extension
- The student must reach out to us before the batch expiry date, or within 15 days of the batch expiry date.
- Extension requests raised after 15 days of expiry will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Only validity extension will be provided. Viewing-hours extension requests will not be processed.
- Extension will be done only on the same registered mobile number on which the course was originally assigned. No mobile number change will be permitted as part of an extension request.
Please Note: All extension charges are per subject, per month, and are payable in advance before the extension is activated.
2. Mobile Number Change Policy
- The registered mobile number can be changed only within 48 hours of the order placement.
- After 48 hours from the order date, no mobile number change request will be accepted.
- In case of any OTP-related issue, the OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number on file. No OTP will be shared on any alternate or new number.
Please Note: Students are strongly advised to register with an active, personally-accessible mobile number at the time of purchase to avoid access issues later.
3. Batch Conversion Policy
This policy applies to students who have purchased the wrong batch by mistake and wish to convert to the correct batch.

Conditions Applicable for Batch Conversion
- If the student reaches out within 48 hours of placing the order, batch conversion will be done free of cost.
- If the request is raised after 48 hours but within 15 days of the order date, a conversion charge of Rs. 500 will apply.
- Batch conversion requests raised after 15 days of the order date will not be entertained.
4. Device Change Policy
Permitted Devices
A student is allowed to use the course on a maximum of 2 devices at any given time:
- 1 Mobile-type device — any one of: Android Mobile, Android Tab, iPhone, or iPad.
- 1 Laptop-type device — any one of: Windows Laptop or MacBook.
Device Locking
Once a student registers on any two devices (one mobile-type + one laptop-type as defined above), those two devices become fixed for that account.
Single Active Login
- At any given time, the student can remain logged in on only one registered device.
- To log in on the other registered device, the student must first log out from the currently logged-in device.
Device Change Charges
- Device change is not allowed (only exception cases will be entertained).
- Any request for a device change will be charged Rs. 500 per device change.
Please Note: Only one mobile-type device and one laptop-type device can be registered per account at any time. Charges apply per device, per change request.
Refund Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine print of each course/product carefully before purchasing, as it contains all relevant details about the service.
This is a non-refundable process.
- Once an order is placed, it is final — no cancellation, return, or refund will be provided.
- Customers are strongly advised to review all course details, laptop/system requirements, and terms before making the purchase, as no refund will be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incompatibility, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
- No exceptions will be made to this policy once payment is completed and the order is confirmed.
