CA Foundation Passing Criteria
The passing criteria for the CA Foundation exam are as follows:

What to do after CA Foundation Result June’23?
After the declaration of CA Foundation June 2023 results, candidates who have cleared the exam will be eligible to register for the CA Intermediate course.
The CA Intermediate is the second level of the Chartered Accountancy course and comprises two groups, each consisting of four papers. Candidates who have cleared the CA Foundation exam can register for the CA Intermediate course.
After registering for the CA Intermediate course, candidates need to study and prepare for both the group, they need to clear both the groups before moving onto the last level of CA course i.e., Final level.
Once the candidate successfully clears both groups of the CA Final exam and completes all other requirements, he/she will be eligible to apply for membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and become a qualified Chartered Accountant.
